South Gloucestershire Council's Road Safety Team, working in partnership with Bristol Advanced Motorists, has provided funding for us to deliver up to 35 FREE Skill for Life courses (worth £139) during 2010 for local Young People to improve their driving skills and become Advanced Drivers.
South Gloucestershire Council is working in this venture with Bristol City Council.
The offer is open to Young Drivers aged 17-24 who are residents in the Local Authority Areas of South Gloucestershire and Bristol City, or who work permanently in those areas, or who are undertaking full-time education in these areas.
To qualify, Young Drivers need to enrol on the course and pay as normal and then upon passing the IAM Advanced Driving Test they will receive a full refund of the £139 Skill for Life fee.
